Saving a speed dial is different for all makes and models of mobile phones.
Below is a basic guide for the largest manufacturers to assist you in seting up your Vodacom Look 4 help™ panic button.
Please note: The Vodacom Look 4 help panic number is not saved automatically as a speed dial to your mobile phone when you register for the service. You are, therefore, able to assign any number (options are usually 2 through 9) on your keypad as your panic button.

- Select MENU > CONTACTS > SPEED DIALS.
- Scroll to any empty key number and select ASSIGN.

Enter the number - *120*888*888# - and select OK, then enter a name for the number and select OK.
OR
Select SEARCH to retrieve a number from contacts.
- If speed dialing is off, the phone displays a prompt asking if you would like to turn speed dialing on.
- Select YES to activate speed dialing.

- First add number and name to your phonebook .
- Then select MENU > PHONEBOOK > [4] SPEED DIAL.
- Scroll to any empty key number and select OPTIONS.
- Select the ADD and then select the name from the list.

- From the main display, enter the phone number you want to assign to speed dial.
- Select STORE.
- Select Name.
- Enter the name of the contact and select OK.
- Scroll to speed no. and select CHANGE to enter the speed dial number.
- Enter the desired speed dial number (2-9) and select OK
- Note: The 1 key is reserved for voicemail.
- If prompted to change the speed dial number from the SIM to the phone memory, select YES.
- Select DONE.

- First add number and name to your phonebook .
- Then select MENU > PHONEBOOK > OPTIONS > SPEED DIAL.
- Scroll to any empty key number and select ADD.
- Select the name / number from the list.
