If you have forgotten your Internet PIN, send the
following SMS to 31888: |

"8. Personal Settings". Select
"1. View Internet PIN". |

Personal settings:
1. View Internet PIN
2. Change Internet PIN
3. View mobile numbers
4. Unsubscribe

You will note a Login box on the left-hand side
of the opening page. |

Select "Forgot PIN?" |
| |

Please enter your mobile number in the box provided. |

|
| |
|
You will receive the following SMS within a short
while: |

to login. |

NOTE: Once you have logged in, you can change your PIN.
Select "Change Your PIN". on the Logout
